I lost a pound this week. I am actually suprised by my loss. I did not expect it since I did not follow the plan exactly, but sure enough there is one pound less of me. Woo Hoo!
I now have to put flax seed in my yogurt. I bought some yogurt, but now I have put sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of flax seed and EAT IT! We will see how this goes....
I did do some walking this week. I didn't feel like being pulled by a dog, so I went by myself!!

Sister and I have season tickets to Broadway Across America shows. One year our seats were located in the very last row of the balcony. We shared the row with 3 retired couples that were subscription holders longer than we were. After a particular show, one of the ladies remarked; "You take the good with the bad." This remark summarizes my week.
As expected I gained this week. However, I only gained 1.5 pounds, so that is good. I did have a more difficult time during the past week. I think what happened is that I deprived myself so much the previous week I went on strike. I had a more difficult time eating every 3 hours and when I would finally eat my choices were not as good.
After discussion with the doctor my goal for this week is to make sure to get my water in, eat every 3 hours, and keep doing my walking.

Well, I am already in trouble with the physician. I somehow managed to lose 6.5 pounds in a week. As most of you know, the recommended amount of weight loss per week is 1-2 pounds. Oopsie... After careful review of my food logs it looks like I probably was dehydrated a bit. We shall see next week....

Short posting this week, due to not feeling well...
I didn't get much activity this week. I have an allergy attack that has slowed me down considerably. I can't breathe or swallow...ugh.
On a good note, 250 more dollars in donations have arrived! Woo hoo!
Next week I meet with the doctor again. I will be sure to update you on how it goes.
