Hello there,
I lost a pound this week. I am actually suprised by my loss. I did not expect it since I did not follow the plan exactly, but sure enough there is one pound less of me. Woo Hoo!
I now have to put flax seed in my yogurt. I bought some yogurt, but now I have put sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of flax seed and EAT IT! We will see how this goes....
I did do some walking this week. I didn't feel like being pulled by a dog, so I went by myself!!
