I should say I am sorry, but I am not apologizing!
Here is the evidence of my misdeed. The following is a graph of my weight loss by week over the past 50 weeks.
Here is the Dow Jones Industrial Average over the past year. Note the similarities.
My plan is to see if increasing the amount of weight I can lift with PT Bruiser and the miles I walk will reverse trend in the Dow. Stay tuned to see if it works!

P.S. I had a rough week getting my miles in and being healthy in general, but the coach with Bricks to Bricks had an inspiring talk last night that might put be back on the "straight and narrow."
