Hi All!
I decided to do a video blog for my readers who do not want to exercise. It is my hope that by watching how only 6 weeks can create drastic changes in my body a few more of you will get up off the couch!
I also created this blog as a motivation for myself. I "put it out there" that there will be improvements, so I better get to work.

Funny thing, though, the whole time I was watching the blog all I kept thinking was "why is that girl wearing boots to exercise?"

In her defense, Erica normally doesn't exercise with me she just bosses me around and she was not prepared for me taking video that day! LOL!
Auntie you look quite stylish. Remember, when you need a trainer here at home, I am here. I'm always glad to assist my favorite auntie.

I love the video...Girl, you are doing it!! You will be so surprised at how much further along you will be in 6 weeks. After having 4 little ones I picked up a lot of weight. Boot camp really helped me get started with the weight loss. Now I am planning to run a 5K mini-marathon this April. I am so proud of you!! Keep up the good work, you CAN DO IT!!
